Step 6 - Enjoy the Fast (not that fast since its Tarkov) Load Times.Īfter Searching about the useplatformclock variable I found many complaints about it causing stutters in various games and Being is horribly inefficient and should not be configured. Step 5 - Reboot PC and double check is useplatformclock is missing, using the command from step 3. Step 4 - Locate useplatformclock (last option) and run 2 commands. Step 1 - Upgrade All Drivers, everything from GPU to Chipset - I didn't need this step since the PC was upgraded this month. Regarding content flairsįinally got access to the Arena Beta and my loading was unbearably slow, especially during the loading loot step, it took 4-5 minutes, which was strange since I just upgraded my CPU to a 5700x that is clocking a 4.4ghz all cores and my GPU to a 3060, from a 2700x and 1070ti, no way a slow system for today standards, after 2 crashes on loading I turned to google and I found a Fix (Link Here) that worked for me on the Tarkov Forums, the post is from January 2023 and still helped me. Let me know if you need any more information, and I appreciate your help.Escape from Tarkov is a hardcore and realistic online first-person action RPG/Simulator with MMO features and a story-driven walkthrough currently in development by Battlestate Games. I love Tarkov, and I just wish it wasn't locked behind the silly launcher. I've been locked out 5 times just by opening and closing my launcher. Now with the login limiter, I cannot troubleshoot my launcher by myself. The most common way for me to get into the game is to open and close the launcher until everything works correctly.)
Waited to see if it will just load (it does about 5% of the time. Reinstalled the launcher to a different drive on my computer Reinstalled the game to a different drive on my computer Repaired and reinstalled all graphics drivers
Which I'd say has about a 50% success rate. The only way I'm able to troubleshoot the launcher is by opening and closing it repeatedly until it works. It's in Russian, and most of the options don't appear, other than a few check boxes. The tabs at the top of the screen still work. I have to manually close the launcher through task manager when it does this. The minimize, and exit buttons do not work. I also cannot move the window around my desktop. I'm also clicking the buttons at the bottom of the window. The top right corner of the launcher shows the login screen, which sometimes will show my username, and sometimes will show "connecting."Īs seen in this gif.
I cannot click any buttons on the launcher, regarding "check for updates," and " Play." Half of the time I open the launcher the buttons don't even appear I come to reddit hoping someone else has experienced this and found a fix. I have tried everything in the responses to the forum post. The login limiter has single handedly stopped my ability to play EFT. I also read it was CCleaner which I also uninstalled as I wasnt using it. I read an old thread that claimed it was antivirus, well I dont have one on my PC so it cant be that. It happens only once during the raid though. Moderator decisions are final, please respect the moderator team and their actions. I am getting a Unity crash (full game crash) every 2-3 raids.
